Back Bone

A convenient device for immediate tender point therapy.

Pain strikes anywhere and at any time, how prepared will you be?

At Moore Therapy, we understand that taking care of yourself isn't always convenient. You'll never know when pain can appear, yet you still have to struggle through your day. How can I do my exercises while at work or out in public, without people looking at me funny? Let's not talk about dragging exercise equipment around! But what if there was something inconspicuous that you could throw in a gym bag or a purse—something that, even while you're using it, most folks wouldn't even realize you were using it. Well there is now, the Back Bone.

Starting with our wider tender point sphere, we used a softer material to allow for mild pressure along the affected area. This provides you with an easier approach to pain relief initially. Understanding that even mild pressure sustained over a longer time frame can significantly temper the pain cycle.

2

Moving to our smaller tender point sphere, we increased the intensity here. Realizing that deeper muscles need more direct approaches, we found that the hardwood globe works effectively into those problem areas. Less sustained pressure can be used here, and smaller affected areas can now be pinpointed accurately.

Our high-strength diamond braid polypropylene rope offers a smooth, soft feel with exceptional durability. By connecting the spheres together, we move therapy up off of the floor making recovery effortless and ending the hassle of runaway therapy balls. With a synthetic core, gone are odors while you gain long-term reliability and peace of mind.

** Instructions for Most Common Usage: **

1. Position yourself with your back facing a wall while placing the larger end of the device over your shoulder, allowing it to extend down your torso.

2. Move the ball to a location near to the area of concern. The exact location isn't necessary, as the next steps will illustrate.

3. Lean back, securing the ball between your body and a wall. You may need to lift off of the wall and adjust the ball's location a couple of times at first.

4. To achieve direct contact with the targeted area, remain pressed against the wall while moving your body position in the opposite direction of where you want the ball to move.

5. By varying the amount you lean back, you can modify the pressure needed to effectively massage the impacted area.
